Welcome to IEE Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our

Graphotherapy, counselling psychology sessions, handwriting and signature
analysis, workshops, career mapping, academic guidance, and related offerings. - Services Description
IEE Academy offers personalized transformational services blending graphology
(handwriting analysis) and counselling psychology to foster emotional insight,
personal growth, academic excellence, leadership, career clarity, and wellbeing.
Our services include but are not limited to individual sessions, integrated
workshops, corporate candidate screenings, parent-child programs, skill
development courses & and short skill courses. - Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments and program enrolments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours prior to the
scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges as
determined by IEE Academy. - Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal
and sensitive information shared during sessions or through our platforms. All
personal information and session content shared with IEE Academy will be
treated with strict confidentiality. Personal data will not be disclosed without
explicit consent or unless required by law. - Scope & Disclaimer
Our offerings support emotional wellbeing and personal development and are
not substitutes for professional medical, physiological, psychiatric, or
psychological treatment. If you have medical or psychiatric conditions, please

Service fees are communicated at booking and must be paid as specified.

case basis. - Client Conduct
Clients are expected to engage respectfully, honestly, and professionally in all
interactions. Harassment, abusive behaviour, or any conduct disruptive to
sessions, towards staff or other clients or the community will not be tolerated
and may lead to termination of services without refund. - Limitation of Liability
IEE Academy and its facilitators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
Participation is at the client’s own risk and discretion. - Changes to Terms
IEE Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time
